Wearable head accessory. Multiple styles including a thinner brown variant.

Function: Enables private music playback from the Phone Music app.
Combat mechanic: Getting punched can knock them off. Your music becomes public to everyone nearby.

Face accessory. Available in Thick Black and Thin Black variants.

Combat mechanic: Getting punched knocks them off. Your vision becomes blurred.
Recovery: Find where they fell, pick them up, re-equip to restore vision.
